We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to contribute to the development of technology-intensive products in our Bologna office. /p pWe welcome applications from mid-level and senior professionals, preferably with hands‑on backend development experience. Junior candidates with solid technical foundations and a strong willingness to learn will also be considered. /p h3ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pYou will join Prometeia’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) area and become part of the team responsible for developing technology-intensive products that address the financial industry’s data-governance and process‑orchestration needs. /p pYou will contribute to the design, development and evolution of the product’s backend services, infrastructure and databases, working within a microservices architecture deployed in cloud and/or on‑premise environments. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liDesigning, developing and maintaining backend services and application functionality. /li liDesigning and evolving relational database schemas, ensuring data integrity and consistency through SQL dialects (TSQL or PL/pgSQL). /li liContributing to the development and integration of services within a microservices architecture both with cloud‑native services (i.e. Databricks) and on‑premise technologies, like Red Hat OpenShift and its supported / certified operators. /li liCollaborating with the team on testing, troubleshooting and releasing containerized applications.
