ppTrillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Category Manager. /ppThe Category Manager will be the reference for managing suppliers belonging to the defined category in order to implement with them the most appropriate source strategy according to the company’s needs. /liliBuild and maintain good relationship with category suppliers. /liliManage priorities for each supplier in terms of offer collection, considering needs of all the teams. /liliNegotiate contracts to ensure best conditions in terms of job relevant budget, delivery time, working capital, project and quality standards. /liliDevelop and implement procurement strategies for buyout components to support business objectives and market growth. /liliCollaborate with Commercial Operations teams to align procurement activities with sales and production plans, if possible and convenient to close a “win-win agreement” with suppliers. /liliAnalyze procurement data and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.



/liliScouting new suppliers. /liliNegotiate long-term and project agreements taking into consideration: cost, time, quality, service, Term conditions. /Evaluate these data as input for supplier selection. /liliParticipate in relevant intern meetings in order to keep all necessary information related to the company needs for source. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pBachelor's degree in supply chain management, economics, or a similar field. Little experience in sourcing or procurement is needed. /ph3Computer Skills /h3pDatabase, Order Processing, Spreadsheet, Word Processing, SAP. Power BI is a plus. /ph3Core Competencies /h3pExcellent communication and negotiation abilities, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, analytical skills, leadership, problem solving. /
