What We Expect From You Master's Degree in Electronics, Informatics, Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation engineering
Proven working experience in project and supplier management
Good knowledge of vehicle architectures, automotive topics, Electrified Vehicles and component development
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and project steering capabilities
Fluency in Italian and English
What You Can Expect From Us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package.
At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit‐sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
