OverviewIn this role you support EHS across Southern and Western Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk reduction and continual improvement. You partner with site leadership and regional teams to embed safe-by-design and compliant operations in production, maintenance and engineering contexts. You will lead hazard assessments, manage EHS service providers, and drive the regional EHS management system. Your work helps standardize practices across sites while enabling responsible growth and project execution.ResponsabilitàLead site-level hazard assessments and ensure risk controls are designed, implemented and sustainedInterpret EU and local EHS legislation and advise leadership on compliance obligations and regulatory changesCoordinate local EHS service providers, managing delivery, scope, and performance to Boeing standardsRevise local EHS policies, procedures and permits to align with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 and legal requirementsProvide EHS input to business development, capital projects and contractor scopes to ensure compliance and safe-by-design solutionsSupport deployment, auditing and continual improvement of the regional EHS management systemCoordinate incident responses and lead or support root-cause investigationsTrack corrective and preventive actions,
ensuring effectiveness and lessons learnedPrepare regulatory and technical reports and maintain organized compliance recordsCollaborate with regional teams to harmonize standards and standardize tools/templates across sitesSupport product- and environment-related compliance activities including waste, emissions, chemical inventories (REACH/CLP) and control measuresDevelop and deliver targeted EHS training and toolbox talks, and assess training effectivenessConduct site visits to validate program implementation and drive site-level improvementRequisiti fondamentaliMinimum 5 years' EHS experience in industrial engineering, production or maintenance environmentsWorking knowledge of EU/regional regulatory frameworks including DE 81/08, REACH/CLP and SevesoExperience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (implementation, internal auditing, continual improvement)Incident investigation, root-cause analysis and CAPA management experienceRisk assessment methodologies and verification of controls (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA)Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance reporting; strong recordkeepingExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement across diverse countries/culturesStrong written and spoken English; willingness to travel across Southern & Western EuropeProficiency with MS Office and EHS reporting toolsAbility to learn company-specific systems quicklySecurity clearance readiness and legal authorization to work in Italystrong communicationstakeholder engagementcross-cultural collaborationISO 45001ISO 14001hazard identification and risk assessment
