OverviewIn this role you lead Kuwait Operations, overseeing facilities, personnel and service delivery to meet cost, quality and service targets. You will drive performance improvements, budget adherence and customer satisfaction while ensuring security and compliance. You collaborate with regional teams to implement country projects and expand the road-haul network. The role combines operations leadership, project coordination and a strong focus on security and ISO/TAPA standards. This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact, international operations function.ResponsabilitàDirectly manage country operations cost and service performance against standardsMaintain gateway status and security compliance (TAPA)Oversee facilities maintenance and optimal site locationsEnsure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 compliance and drive continuous improvementPlan new facility locations and customer touchpointsControl costs and achieve cost targets with Business UnitsEnsure pickup, delivery and shipment processing meet performance standardsImplement regional and country projects and realize business benefitsLead and train the Operations team to meet targets and manage performanceCoordinate with Regional Hub, Transportation,
Sales and third-party contractors to grow road haulage networkMonitor transit times and take action to meet targetsManage fleet and ensure vehicle availability at optimal costOversee construction/renovation of facilities to meet forecasted volumesDevelop country quality strategy aligned with ISO standardsMeasure service performance using Service Quality IndexDevelop and manage nationwide security programRequisiti fondamentaliDegree level education preferred6-8 years in Operations with 5+ years leading large teamsProject management experience preferredStrong understanding of Service Theory, Operations Management, THP/TSP/GSOP, ISO processes and TAPAExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsProficient PC skills, especially MS OfficePassion for customer delight and high-performance leadershipAbility to build and lead teams and drive high-performance cultureResilience, stress tolerance and problem-solving capabilitiesGood planning and organizing skillsleadershipcommunicationstakeholder managementService TheoryOperations ManagementTHP/TSP/GSOP
