Arendal is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Expeditor to monitor procurement activities, vendor manufacturing progress, inspections, and timely delivery of equipment and materials for an international EPC Oil & Gas project. key Responsibilites✅ Expedite purchase orders from placement through final delivery.✅ Monitor vendor manufacturing schedules and contractual milestones.✅ Track critical equipment, materials, and supplier commitments.✅ Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, and Logistics.✅ Follow up on vendor documentation, inspections, FAT, and release notes.✅ Identify delays and implement recovery and mitigation actions.✅ Conduct vendor follow-ups and factory visits when required.✅ Maintain expediting records and purchase order status in SAP.✅ Prepare progress reports, delivery forecasts,



and supplier KPIs.✅ Support international shipments and deliveries to Libya.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS✔ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Vendor Expediting.✔ Proven experience in EPC projects, preferably Oil & Gas / Offshore.✔ Knowledge of purchase orders, manufacturing progress, and vendor documentation.✔ Experience with ITP, FAT, VDR, MRN, and delivery tracking.✔ Sap Experience✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.✔ Advance English.✔ Valid Authorization to work in Italy – Mandatory✔ Availability to work on-site in Milan and travel as required.

Pay: €2,500.00 - €3,500.00 per month
