Senior Sales Representative

Kinetic are working with a leading medical aesthetics company who are hiring a Sales Representative for their team in Milan. This is a field-based role focused on driving territory growth, customer acquisition, product adoption and commercial success across an assigned region.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximise market penetration and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across clinics, aesthetic practices, physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by increasing product utilisation and expanding product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers through regular territory visits and account management activities.
- Promote the company's aesthetics portfolio and effectively communicate product features, benefits and value propositions.
- Deliver product presentations, workshops and educational activities to support customer engagement and product uptake.
- Maintain an effective sales pipeline, track opportunities and provide accurate forecasting through CRM systems.
- Support product launches, marketing initiatives and customer activation programmes within the territory.
- Attend exhibitions, congresses, industry events and meetings to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing,
Medical and Training to maximise customer engagement and commercial performance.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Previous B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience within medical aesthetics, injectables, dermal fillers, cosmetics, facial aesthetics, dermatology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a related healthcare sector.
- Strong business development and customer acquisition skills with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
- Experience managing a geographical territory and building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance, manage pipelines and utilise CRM systems effectively.
- Experience delivering product presentations, workshops or customer training would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the medical aesthetics market and an existing network within clinics or aesthetic practices would be beneficial.
