Jumeirah Capri Palace is hiring through Hosco in Anacapri.WeareonthelookoutforapassionateGuestServicesExecutive-Conciergetojointhesummerseason2027ofJumeirahCapriPalace.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

- Greetguestsuponarrivalandassistwithcheck-in,orientation,andgeneralinquiries.
- Handleguestrequestsefficiently,ensuringtimelyfollow-upandaccuratecommunicationwithrelevantdepartments.
- Maintainknowledgeofhotelservices,facilities,andlocalattractionstoprovideaccurateinformationandrecommendations.
- Prepareandupdateguestprofiles,notingpreferencesandspecialrequirementsforpersonalizedservice.
- AssistincoordinatingVIPamenitiesandspecialarrangementsundertheguidanceofseniorteammembers.
- EnsurecompliancewithSOPs,groomingstandards,andhealthandsafetyprotocols.




- Supporttheteaminmanagingreservations,confirmations,andguestcorrespondence.
- Handleguestcomplaintsprofessionallyandescalatecomplexissuestoseniorcolleagues.
- Promotehotelservicesandupsellopportunitiestoenhanceguestexperienceandrevenue.

Ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

- Aminimumof1yearcustomerserviceexperience
- Bachelor’sdegreeinHospitalityManagement,orarelatedfield.
- GoodknowledgeofPMSSystemsExcellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsFlexibility,organisationalskillsandadaptabilityintoafast-pacedenvironment.
