As Project Expediting
Coordinator, you will respond to the Post Order Function and be part of the Supply Chain. How can you support us? Prepare / define project reporting / procedures according to specific needs; prepare / discuss / manage the Expediting budget assigned by the Project.
Knowledge of goods supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation. Knowledge of Supply Chain process. Knowledge of Project Post Order activities (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods).
Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree or Tehcnical High School Diploma, (Engineering matters preferred) Experience: at least 5 years as a Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator within Oil & Gas Industry,
or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor.
Languages: Italian/English SAP Preferred, not mandatory Availability to perform national and international mission. Opportunity be deployed abroad according to project needs.
