POSITION - Process & Tools Adoption ? Inside Sales
We are looking for a driven Process & Tools Adoption ? Inside Sales to join our Inside Sales team and support the effective adoption of processes, digital tools, and sales platforms across the organization.
What you will do:
? You contribute to the improvement and creation of Inside Sales processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, and working with process owners and CRM/IT teams to update or redesign workflows.
? You support the rollout of new and improved processes across regions, ensuring their correct implementation and monitoring KPIs related to process usage, efficiency, and compliance.
? You ensure the effective adoption of Inside Sales tools, including CRM, ERP, reporting platforms, contact center solutions, and automation tools, acting as a super user and operational reference for troubleshooting and day-to-day needs.
? You develop manuals, guidelines, and support materials and deliver operational training through live sessions, e-learning, and practical tests to ensure consistent and effective use of tools and processes.
? You support teams throughout the change journey when new tools, functionalities, or processes are introduced, managing communication, informational materials,
Q&A; sessions, and feedback collection from local Inside Sales teams.
? You monitor data quality and consistency across digital systems, including CRM, ERP, and ticketing platforms, and support the creation of dashboards and reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
? You collaborate with Logistic, Customer Care, CRM, IT, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency of processes and tools, participating in cross-functional projects where Inside Sales expertise is required.
Who you are:
? Strong knowledge of digital business tools, particularly CRM, ERP, reporting platforms, customer service systems, and automation solutions; experience with tools such as EDI is considered a plus.
? Strong process improvement mindset, with the ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, support standardization, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
? Good understanding of data quality and reporting, with the ability to monitor data consistency, tool usage, process compliance, and operational KPIs.
? Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to create clear and effective support materials and deliver engaging operational training sessions.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate processes and tools and collaborate effectively across different functions and regions.
? Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues and translate business needs into practical solutions.
? Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to support teams through change, encourage adoption, collect feedback, and turn insights into improvement opportunities.

Target Hiring Range
Total compensation package in the range between €32,000 and €36,000 gross per year.
DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
