Overview

In this role you will support the commercial growth of DHL eCommerce Italy through lead generation, marketing, events, and sales support. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping optimize their logistics and eCommerce supply chain while driving revenue and margin. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses and coordinated proposals. This is an international, growth-focused position with a hands-on impact on strategy and execution.

Responsabilità

- Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, digital channels, events, and networking
- Support management of sales leads and opportunities in the CRM system
- Conduct initial prospect outreach and coordinate follow-up with the Sales team
- Maintain and update prospect databases for data accuracy
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force across the national territory
- Assist with customer presentations, commercial proposals, and sales documentation
- Support sales performance tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests and opportunities
- Support preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate information collection from internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines, and submission processes




- Maintain organized tender documentation and templates
- Coordinate internal and external communication to enhance brand awareness
- Support creation of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, case studies, and social media content
- Collaborate to ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Organize participation in industry events and manage logistics
- Plan and coordinate corporate events and customer meetings
- Measure event effectiveness and provide post-event reporting

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, business development, or similar role
- Experience in logistics, transportation, eCommerce, or B2B services advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
