Overview

In this role you will own the Italy recruitment function within a fast-growing international retail group. You’ll lead high-volume operational hiring and shape recruitment processes, metrics, and best practices to support expansion. You work closely with Operations and leadership to align with growth plans and new openings, while building structure and employer branding. This hands-on role offers high visibility and meaningful impact on business growth.

Responsabilità

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and follow-up
- Lead high-volume recruitment for operational roles
- Partner with Operations, especially during new openings
- Travel across Italy to support recruitment activities
- Define and implement recruitment KPIs (turnover, time-to-hire, vacancy drivers, exit interviews)




- Develop employer branding initiatives
- Structure and standardize recruitment processes and best practices
- Manage relationships with external agencies and providers

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment
- Background in retail, QSR, call centers, staffing agencies or similar fast-paced environments
- Previous experience coordinating or mentoring junior/senior recruiters (plus)
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel within Italy
