Responsibilities:
- SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethestrategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
- SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization;
- ContributingtotheCompanyandProcurementCommodityteamobjectives;
- EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
- Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
- Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
- Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel,pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
- SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplansfortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
- SupportingBiddingandStartupteamduringbiddingphase;
- Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobalCommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;
- SupportingtheCommodityteamindefiningandimplementingCommoditystrategies.
Requirements:
- 5 plus years' experienceinthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
- SpecialistDegreeinEngineering/Economy/BusinessManagement;
- Marketanalysisandbenchmarkingskills;
- Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
- Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;
- ExcellentmasteryofMSOffice,SAPMM;
- Availabletotravelandstayto/atworksitesandjointventures;

Contractual Terms and Compensation
- Job Classification and CCNL: Quadro,CCNL Edilizia e Industria;
- Employment Contract: Permanent contract;
- Annual Gross Salary: 55.000- 60.000;
- Additional Benefits: Meal vouchers, telemedicine services, health insurance, accident insurance and supplementary pension scheme;
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid (up to 8 days of remote working per month)
The overall compensation package will be determined based on an assessment of the candidate's profile, taking into account their professional experience, technical expertise and soft skills, in alignment with the organizational context and the company's business objectives.
