KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – LOMBARDY WEST

Exciting Product Launch Opportunity | Cardiometabolic Area

Pharma Point, on behalf of a leading international pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join an exciting new product launch in the Cardiometabolic therapeutic area , covering Western Lombardy.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the launch and commercial development of an innovative molecule , contributing to the introduction of a new therapeutic option in a highly strategic and evolving market.

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial professional with strong scientific acumen, a strategic mindset and a passion for making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive a successful product launch.
- Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities and manage strategic accounts within the cardiometabolic landscape.
- Contribute to launch excellence and long-term brand growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing teams.

Candidate Profile





- University degree compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 219/06.
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Specialty Care or the Cardiometabolic area.
- Strong understanding of hospital dynamics, specialist networks and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic account management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Good command of English.

Location: Western Lombardy

Salary Range: €60,000–€80,000 gross annually.
