Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Representative role is based at Vitanuova Previdenza & Protezione in Catania.

The Insurance

Representative will meet with individuals and businesses to assess their coverage needs, explain insurance products, and recommend suitable solutions across life, health, and property lines. Daily activities include managing client portfolios, preparing quotes, processing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation in coordination with the brokerage team. The role involves responding to client inquiries, handling policy changes, supporting claims processes, and maintaining ongoing relationships to encourage renewals and cross-selling.

The Insurance

Representative will collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, follow compliance standards, and contribute to a professional and trustworthy client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Insurance Sales skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present suitable insurance solutions.




- Solid understanding of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, including policy structures and regulatory requirements.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance, including risk assessment, premiums, and basic financial planning concepts.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach, clear communication, and the ability to manage inquiries and issues professionally.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Catania, manage time effectively, and meet defined performance and sales objectives.
- Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools used for policy management and client communication.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance or financial services, or willingness to obtain them, are an advantage.
