Overview

In this role you lead the planning, execution and delivery of renewable energy EPC projects, aligning with company goals and regulatory requirements. You manage cross‑functional teams, schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes. You drive risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement to optimize project performance and safety. This is a globally oriented position within METLEN’s Renewable Division, offering a chance to shape large-scale energy solutions with a focus on sustainability.

Responsabilità

- Lead planning, execution and delivery of renewable energy projects
- Manage project teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee procurement, contracts and vendor relationships
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigations
- Ensure HSE compliance throughout the project lifecycle




- Monitor progress and report to senior management
- Manage project documentation and regulatory submissions
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project management methodologies
- Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy EPC projects
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Project
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
