Working in an international context, as part of the Credit Management team, we are looking for a Greek speaker Account Manager whose responsibilities will include the following:
* Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts for which you will be responsible for
* Evaluating financial records and conducting solvency analysis of our client’s portoflio
* Setting the most appropriate payment conditions by negotiating with customers
* Manage and monitor payment plans
* Matching incoming payments and maintaining accurate transaction records
* Resolve on a timely fashion manner disputes / discrepancies that prevents customer from paying
* Proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding balances and executing collection procedures
* Establish a privileged and trustable relationship with suppliers and buyers
* Be a Team player, able to cooperate closely with other departments Profile required 2/3 years' higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent Experience in Credit Management appreciated Bilingual in Greek, good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking), Italian would be a plus Proficiency in Pack Office required (Word, Excel) Skills Team spirit and good communication skills Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen to our customers Autonomy, initiative Proposal-driven Ability to analyze and summarize Organizational skills, rigor Ability to adapt to the use of our in-house software Job information Based in Milan (Italy) or Barcelona (Spain) or in UK Possibility of teleworking up to 3 days a week – After probation period #J-18808-Ljbffr
