Overview In this role you will own the global procurement strategy for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and lead supplier negotiations, risk management and performance across an international, cross-functional context. You will partner with the Global Category team to enhance supply reliability, cost efficiency and value creation. The position focuses on shaping API sourcing with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and strong stakeholder engagement. * Contribute to global API procurement strategies and market insights
* Lead supplier negotiations and contract management

* Master's degree in a related field
* At least 7 years of experience in direct procurement, strategic sourcing or category management
* Pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus
* Knowledge of APIs and related supplier market is a plus
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Experience in data analysis, contract management and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment
* Fluent English; other languages beneficial
