* Ensuresthattheguestispresentedwiththecorrectorderandthatalldrinksarepreparedandservedasagreedinthestandardoperatingprocedures.
* Maintainsacompleteknowledgeofcocktails,beveragesandwinestoadvisetheguestsandcolleagueswhennecessary.
* CollectsmoneyfordrinksservedandprocessfinancialtransactionsaccordingtoJumeirahcashieringprocedures.
* EnsuresthatallstockisestablishedasperparlevelsandstoredaccordingtotheFoodHygieneStandards.
* Undertakesopening,closing&cleaningtasksasdetailedonchecklists.;
* Maintainsaccurateandup-to-datetemperaturerecordsforallfridgeunitswithinthebarwhilstonduty. Theidealcandidateforthispositionwillhavethefollowingexperienceandqualifications:
* Aminimumof1yearbartendingexperienceinaluxuryhospitalitybrand
* ProficientinItalianandfluentinEnglish,athirdlanguagewouldbeanaddedadvantage
