We are seeking an experienced QHSE Lead to oversee quality, health, safety and environmental standards on a major data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. The successful candidate will lead QHSE implementation across construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, Finnish legislation and relevant international standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of project QHSE plans, procedures and management systems.
* Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations.
* Manage RAMS, incident investigations, non-conformances and corrective actions.
* Coordinate QHSE activities across subcontractors and construction teams.
* Promote a proactive safety culture through inductions, toolbox talks and training.




* Maintain QHSE documentation and report on project performance. Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a QHSE Lead or Manager on construction projects.
* Previous data centre or mission-critical infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of construction HSE, quality assurance and environmental management.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
* Experience managing subcontractors, audits, RAMS and risk assessments.
* Relevant QHSE qualifications and strong leadership skills.
