Ericsson runs an 18-month Early Career Program for recent graduates or those with up to five years of relevant experience. It includes three rotations, one international, across Sales, Commercial Management and more, with an immediate hire into a role and real impact from day one.
The journey begins as a Financial Analyst Sales in the Business Control team for Customer Unit South East Europe, offering exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
