We are looking for an Front Office Manager for our 4-star Hotel XXXXXXXX, located in XXXXXXXX.
What will you be responsible for?
Organize, supervise and control the correct functioning od the department, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
Plan, coordinate and distribute team tasks, ensuring appropiate workload and operational efficiency.
Supervise and verify the correct processing of administrative and quality procedures, in accordance with internal and external regulations.
Identify training needs within the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of their skills.
Provide guest service and information at reception, including check-in and check-out processes.
Manage administrative tasks: invoicing, payments, cash handling, filinf and documentation management.
Supervise and coordinate tasks assigned to bell staff, ensuring high quality guest service.
What are we looking for?
Studies in Tourism or similar.
High level of English.
Experience as Front Office Manager or at last three years as Assistant Front Office Manager in a similar hotel.
Knowledge of SAP.
