Overview

In this role you will lead the Italy market marketing strategy to translate European priorities into locally relevant plans. You will drive end-to-end campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels, partnering with cross-functional teams to grow brand consideration and commercial performance. You'll manage the local team and external partners, ensuring investments deliver measurable impact while staying true to the easyJet brand. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that shapes how we connect with Italian customers and markets.

Responsabilità

- Set the Italy market strategy and convert European priorities into an integrated marketing plan across channels
- Manage budgets and resources with cross-functional teams to improve relevance, conversion and return
- Champion locally relevant creative and storytelling using Italian market insights
- Build and nurture relationships with agencies, tourist boards,



airports and other partners
- Provide clear direction and develop the local marketing team, delivering high-quality work at pace
- Lead campaign briefing, creative evaluation and measurement to drive performance
- Translate market and customer insights into actions that align with brand and business priorities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Senior marketing experience in consumer brands within fast-paced, commercially driven environments
- Ability to translate organizational priorities into a clear market vision and integrated plans
- Strong commercial judgement with analytical capability
- Budget and forecast management with data-driven investment decisions
- Experience across paid, owned and partner channels, and managing agencies and external suppliers
