Jumeirah Capri Palace is hiring through Hosco in Anacapri.

WeareonthelookoutforapassionateGuestServicesExecutive-Conciergetojointhesummerseason2027ofJumeirahCapriPalace.
Main duties and responsibilities are: Greetguestsuponarrivalandassistwithcheck-in,orientation,andgeneralinquiries.
Handleguestrequestsefficiently,ensuringtimelyfollow-upandaccuratecommunicationwithrelevantdepartments.
Maintainknowledgeofhotelservices,facilities,andlocalattractionstoprovideaccurateinformationandrecommendations.
Prepareandupdateguestprofiles,notingpreferencesandspecialrequirementsforpersonalizedservice.
AssistincoordinatingVIPamenitiesandspecialarrangementsundertheguidanceofseniorteammembers.
EnsurecompliancewithSOPs,groomingstandards,andhealthandsafetyprotocols.




Supporttheteaminmanagingreservations,confirmations,andguestcorrespondence.
Handleguestcomplaintsprofessionallyandescalatecomplexissuestoseniorcolleagues.
Promotehotelservicesandupsellopportunitiestoenhanceguestexperienceandrevenue.
Ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Aminimumof1yearcustomerserviceexperience
Bachelor'sdegreeinHospitalityManagement,orarelatedfield.
GoodknowledgeofPMSSystemsExcellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsFlexibility,organisationalskillsandadaptabilityintoafast-pacedenvironment.
