HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Registration of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
Validation of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
Management of outgoing repair shipments to other European platforms, including preparation of packaging and documents in SAP.
Monitoring of repair shipment timings to other European platforms via SAP and SharePoint, liaising with Logistics in case of need or anomalies.
Operational support for Team activities as needed.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
High sense of responsibility.
Ability to analyze and identify problems.
Teamwork attitude.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Organized and autonomous, will become independent to deliver optimal results.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Italian and English
