Overview

In this role you will partner with Leather Goods manufacturing leadership to implement HR strategies and processes on the shop floor, guiding the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted liaison for managers and staff, driving organizational development, engagement, and operational excellence. You will translate workforce needs into practical people solutions that support plant performance and sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, influential HR partner role within a premium luxury brand.

Responsabilità

- Implement HR strategies, policies, and processes within the manufacturing plant
- Serve as a trusted partner to management and employees on the shop floor
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, engagement, offboarding)
- Drive organizational development, employee engagement,



and operational excellence initiatives
- Build strong relationships with managers and staff to translate workforce needs into practical solutions
- Support plant performance and sustainable growth through people initiatives
