Your Mission Standardize workflows: Create SOPs, One Point Lessons, and maintenance standards.
Drive performance: Monitor KPIs and support daily Gemba meetings.
Support production planning and scheduling activities.
Lead improvements: Participate in Kaizen projects and root cause analysis.

Training in Lean/WCM methodologies with real-world application.

What We're Looking For Master's degree in Engineering.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic industrial process knowledge.
