Lead the Growth of Fieldpiece Across Benelux, France and Italy Fieldpiece is a global leader in professional HVACR tools and test instruments, known for developing innovative products that technicians rely on every day. As we continue to expand across Europe, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader to manage salespeople in France, Italy & Benelux and to lead our commercial growth across some of our most important EMEA markets.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant autonomy and ownership. You’ll lead and develop sales teams across France, Italy, and Benelux, own regional revenue performance, strengthen our distributor and partner network, and help determine where and how we invest to accelerate growth.
And while this is a leadership position, it’s definitely not a desk job. You’ll stay close to the market—working directly with customers, distributors, partners, and your team to understand what’s happening locally and turn those insights into action.
This is a remote position, and you must live within the territory - Benelux, France, or Italy.
What You’ll Do Own revenue growth and commercial performance across France, Italy, and Benelux
Lead,
coach, and develop a high-performing remote sales team
Drive new business, pipeline development, and key customer relationships
Develop and execute regional distributor and channel strategy
Personally support strategic accounts and important sales opportunities
Adapt global go-to-market strategy to local markets and customer needs
Partner with Marketing to localize positioning, campaigns, and market initiatives
Own regional forecasting, budgets, priorities, and resource decisions
Hire and develop talent as the business continues to grow
Represent Fieldpiece with customers, partners, distributors, and at industry events
Bring market insights back into the organization to help shape regional strategy
Qualifications 10+ years of proven success in a senior sales leadership role - building, leading, and developing remote sales teams
Strong track record of growing revenue and developing markets in Europe – particularly in Benelux, France, and Italy
Strong experience with distributor/channel sales and key
