Overview In this role you onboard and enable clients to adopt Deel’s platform, guiding them through configuration, integrations, and implementation. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful delivery, impacting client success and Deel’s growth in new markets. You will blend technical know-how with a strong customer focus to enable compliant global payroll and HRIS usage. * Lead client onboarding and implementation projects for Deel’s platform
* Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and configure solutions
* Provide product expertise during implementation including setup, integrations, and testing
* Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoff
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
* Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform
* Troubleshoot issues during implementation
* Identify process improvements to boost efficiency
* Capture client feedback for product improvements
* Manage multiple client implementations with high customer satisfaction Requisiti fondamentali
* 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar
* Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems
* Experience managing client relationships through implementation
* Excellent project management with timelines and priorities
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
* Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Jira)
* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
* Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
