The Architecture of Calm seeks Guest Operations Manager.
Ranked among Italy’s finest independent retreats by Condé Nast Traveller and Vogue, Principe di Salina is a 14-room sanctuary of barefoot luxury on the Aeolian coast.
We are hiring our Guest Operations Manager, reporting directly to the owner. You are the quiet architect behind our daily rhythm. You get to experience an entrepreneurial icon on the rise.

after completing your first season immersed in island life, you will bring fresh, progressive ideas directly to the owners to keep Principe di Salina one of the most exciting hotel experiences in Europe.

A customer experience maestro combined with a project manager's discipline: obsessed with premium experiences, clean systems, effortless workflows, and excellence in communication to guests and staff.
Background in excellence, in operations, high-end events, or luxury hospitality.
