Overview As an ASPIRE Finance Associate, you join a two-year structured rotation program designed to build finance, business, and leadership capabilities. You will rotate through commercial finance, supply chain finance, FP&A;, treasury, and investor relations, guided by coaching and mentoring. You contribute to tangible business outcomes while expanding your network with global finance leaders. This is a high-growth, cross-functional opportunity to shape your career within Baker Hughes and contribute to the energy transition.

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Degree completed within the last 24 months GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Continuous learning mindset, accountability, integrity, and collaborative teamwork Geographically mobile based on role/assignment Legally entitled to work without sponsorship or time restrictions in the country of application communication problem-solving team collaboration finance accounting economics
