Job description
- Lead ALM transformation and process consulting initiatives using PTC Codebeamer.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes.
- Define and implement ALM processes, workflows, templates, and governance models.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Configure and validate Codebeamer solutions to support customer requirements.
- Define and maintain Requirements Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Defect Management, and Test Management processes.
- Establish end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, testing, defects, and releases.
- Provide best-practice recommendations for Agile, Hybrid, and V-Model development methodologies.
- Support process harmonisation across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory functions.
- Create functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with PLM, ERP, DevOps, and other enterprise systems.
- Support stakeholder management, governance reviews, and executive presentations.
- Mentor business users and project teams on ALM process adoption.
