Overview As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you drive production-ready AI capability inside client ecosystems. You embed with client teams to translate platform potential into real business value, focusing on time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability. You work across enterprise stacks to deploy and operationalize AI platforms, shaping use-case roadmaps and reusable patterns. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and strategic impact, offering exposure to high-stakes enterprise AI problems. You will own outcomes and help scale AI across multiple industries.
Responsabilità
Embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy and operationalize AI platforms inside enterprise environments Own production outcomes end-to-end with business metrics (time-to-value, adoption velocity, reliability, scalability) Move from ambiguous problem to production-ready system through rapid prototyping to production Design and govern AI architectures across identity, data, security, governance, platform layer, and workflow integration Translate technical architecture into business impact for CTO/CFO/CISO; shape use-case roadmaps and ROI backlogs Build reusable patterns, playbooks,
and accelerators that clients own after engagement Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, architecture walkthroughs, and code-with sessions with client teams Codify patterns and learnings to scale across engagements and contribute to FDE practice growth
Requisiti fondamentali
Cloud-native systems experience (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless) Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) Experience with AI platforms—OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI—and open-source models, including multi-provider pipelines Production deployment experience, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging End-to-end delivery ownership in client-embedded environments Ability to quantify deployment impact in business terms recognizable by CFOs Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders (CTO, CFO, CISO) Non-linear profiles welcomed; focus on deployment outcomes over CV patterns stakeholder engagement business value articulation leadership in workshops cloud-native architectures agentic AI systems (agents, orchestration, RAG) multi-provider AI pipelines
