Overview In this role, you will support the Group Finance team at Campari Group’s Milan headquarters by strengthening IFRS consolidation and CSRD reporting. You will work closely with global Finance teams to ensure accurate disclosures and robust internal controls, and you will help automate and improve reporting processes. The position involves coordinating with FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and external auditors to deliver high-quality external disclosures. Responsabilità
Prepare IFRS annual and interim reports, including Management report, Consolidated financial statements, and related governance and sustainability statements Assist closing of consolidated accounts and management commentary for performance metrics Support internal control framework design, documentation, assessment, and monitoring over data consolidation and reporting Manage consolidation processes and IT systems (BPC, SAP Group Reporting, Workiva) and liaise with external auditors Coordinate integration of new acquisitions (PPA adjustments) and support system-related projects (S/4, Group Reporting rollout,
Workiva) Analyze business drivers and provide messaging for external disclosures in collaboration with FP&A;, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Contribute to CSRD sustainability reporting and ensure timely, accurate disclosures in partnership with Corporate Sustainability Develop and promote improvements to consolidation and reporting processes and provide internal training on IT tools
Requisiti fondamentali
Around 5+ years of Big 4 audit experience with IFRS and CSRD exposure Finance experience in industrial multinational corporations, including Shared Service Center, Consolidation or FP&A; Proven ability to prepare disclosure notes for separate and consolidated financial statements and management comments Strong knowledge of IFRS and CSRD requirements Education in Economics or Business Administration with a Finance focus Fluency in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) appreciated Proficient in MS Office; SAP/S4 and BPC/Group Reporting knowledge; Workiva is a plus Experience in a matrix organization and in cross-functional collaboration Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and coordinate stakeholders Strong communication and persuasion skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret business trends Structured and pragmatic problem-solver SAP/S4 BPC/Group Reporting Workiva
