Overview You join Accenture's M&A; team to support financial due diligence and post-deal integration. You will work with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, and Technology to assess opportunities, identify financial risks, and help realize value from acquisitions. The role combines deep financial analysis with strategic insight to guide deal execution. You will be a trusted advisor across the acquisition lifecycle, from evaluation to close and integration. This is a high-impact position shaping growth through disciplined, value-driven M&A; outcomes.

Responsabilità

Support acquisitions from evaluation through closing and post-deal integration Collaborate with Europe Financial Due Diligence Lead and Corporate Development Analyze target financial performance, profitability,



and operations to assess quality and growth potential Evaluate balance sheet components such as net working capital and net financial debt Identify financial risks and areas for further investigation during due diligence Provide insights on transaction structures, purchase price adjustments, and SPA negotiations Support integration activities to maximise value after acquisitions Work with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Integration teams

Requisiti fondamentali

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in financial due diligence or audit within M&A; Due Diligence of a Big Four or similar organization Track record on multiple financial due diligence projects Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in MS Excel Fluency in English cross-functional collaboration ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly problem-solving financial analysis MS Excel due diligence methodologies
