Overview

As Senior Manager MSL Lead, you guide and grow the Medical Scientific Liaison team to advance Teva’s scientific exchange and evidence generation. You’ll shape medical affairs activities for neurology and psychiatry, ensuring compliance and impactful engagement with the healthcare community. The role centers on building KOL partnerships, directing educational initiatives, and enabling cross-functional medical insights to support product launches and established therapies. Responsabilità

- Lead, coach and develop the MSL team
- Drive medical and scientific education initiatives
- Oversee stakeholder mapping and KOL engagement
- Support CSS, ISS and CRS studies
- Provide medical support to cross-functional activities
- Manage medical insights and scientific information
- Ensure medical, legal, regulatory and compliance excellence
- Represent Medical Affairs at congresses and meetings




- Develop strategic relationships with KOLs and healthcare decision-makers
- Provide balanced, evidence-based information on disease areas, products and pipeline assets
- Support advisory boards and expert meetings
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory and Sales
- Lead training and capability-building across the MSL organization
- Ensure active participation in congresses and disseminate insights

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy (PharmD), Medical or Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years in Medical Affairs/MSL in the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience as an MSL Manager with at least 5 years of leadership
- Preferred experience in neurology and psychiatry
- Proven people leadership and team development experience
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and healthcare systems
- Fluent Italian and English
