Overview
In this role you will support the Milan-based Global Business Development team to drive growth for a leading international law firm. You will collaborate with legal and marketing colleagues to prepare pitches, client materials, and campaigns, helping to shape external client-facing initiatives. You will also coordinate events and gather content to fuel regular communications. The position offers exposure to cross-border practices and opportunities to develop in a global professional services environment.

Responsabilità
- Track dates for directories and awards and assist with submissions and rankings
- Coordinate information flow and logistics for events with internal and external stakeholders
- Support creation of marketing and BD materials (pitches, proposals, client alerts, newsletters,
blogs) with global teams
- Gather content from the team and fee earners to support internal communications
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree, ideally with marketing option
- Minimum two years' relevant experience, preferably in law firm or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (InterAction, Quorus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage workload
- Bilingual Italian and English with ability to convey detailed information
