AXA Partners is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Acquisition Manager to lead and scale global paid campaigns across multiple markets from our Rome/Paris/Madrid/Barcelona locations. The role blends hands-on management with strategic support for local teams in a dynamic, international environment.

You will optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, drive ROAS, and implement best practices across markets, while reporting to the Global Head of Ecommerce Acquisition. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
