Overview
As an HR Generalist, you will support employees and managers across three Italian sites, driving recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement. You’ll partner with local production managers and the EMEA HR team to ensure smooth HR operations, training, and performance processes. The role combines local impact with cross-border collaboration in a multi-business environment. You will help translate feedback into practical wellbeing and engagement initiatives, shaping a human-centered workplace.

Responsabilità
- Manage recruitment across three Italian locations with hiring managers and the EMEA Talent Acquisition team
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees and build relationships with schools and universities
- Coordinate training, maintain training records and support performance reviews
- Turn employee feedback into practical engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Advise employees and managers on everyday HR matters, applying Italian employment legislation and company policies
- Support HR and payroll administration, maintaining accurate employee records and reports
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law or related field
- At least three years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application
- Fluent Italian and advanced English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance changing priorities
- Approachable, service-oriented, practical problem-solving mindset
- Experience with HR systems and data accuracy
- Willingness to travel between Italian locations
