Overview

In this senior role, you shape the long‑term data and analytics strategy for major clients in Southern Europe from Milan, expanding Marketing Intelligence services and elevating client ROI. You will partner with Incubeta teams to mature clients' data capabilities, translate analytics into strategic value, and drive high‑impact AI initiatives. The position blends vision, leadership, and hands‑on delivery in a fast‑growing, data‑driven environment.

Responsabilità

- Define and own the strategic roadmap for your portfolio, expanding data maturity and Marketing Intelligence services
- Serve as the primary advisor to key decision makers and strategic partner to clients
- Oversee delivery strategy across projects for technical excellence and business relevance
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and translate data outcomes into business value and investment cases
- Run high‑impact workshops (Discovery, Ideation,



Roadmapping) to align stakeholders on long‑term data and AI visions
- Mentor and manage consultants on your account to ensure growth and quality of deliverables
- Direct complex initiatives with a focus on Agentic AI and stakeholder management
- Address high‑level roadblocks in digital activity and ensure scalable data architectures

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics or strategic consulting
- Proven experience managing consultants or cross‑functional teams
- High proficiency with Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM, SA360) and Google Cloud (BigQuery)
- Expert level in business analysis frameworks and translating KPIs into P&L; impact
- Strong understanding of Southern European/Italian advertising landscape and privacy‑centric data
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Advanced certifications or equivalent experience in managing data projects
- Strategicvision GA4 GTM SA360 BigQuery Marketing Intelligence ecosystem
