PAION Pharma in Italy is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth in hospitals across Milan and Northern Italy. You will develop strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with anesthesiologists, intensivists and procurement teams, and lead tender support and contract negotiations.

The successful candidate has 4–5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience, a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals, and fluent Italian and English.
