Overview

In this role, you will oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance to support strategic decision-making. You collaborate with IT services and Head Office to ensure compliant, data-driven financial planning and reporting for Top Management. You will drive cost estimation, budget monitoring, and procurement processes while maintaining regulatory and contractual adherence. Your work enables CFO-level oversight and informed choices across IT initiatives. This position offers impact in shaping IT finance within a leading insurance group.

Responsabilità

- Manage IT budget and forecasts to monitor costs and support business planning
- Oversee end-to-end information providers relationships, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance
- Provide up-to-date reporting and materials to Top Management for strategic/operational decisions
- Collect and assess IT run and change cost estimates aligned with CFO targets
- Monitor expenses, update forecasts, and ensure adherence to approved limits




- Supervise purchase requests and procurement approvals to meet budget limits and timelines
- Coordinate with Head Office and IT services to gather and formalize needs
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals with information providers
- Ensure tools and data services meet business needs while complying with policies
- Maintain clear communication with Top Management for aligned decision-making

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in the insurance market
- Strong negotiation skills with external vendors
- Solid IT finance management expertise, especially IT cost estimation and budget monitoring
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent professional English (C1 Advanced)
