Job Summary
Jameel Motors Italy is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Key Fleet Account Manager to lead the development of the corporate and fleet business and support the dealer network in the B2B segment.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner for corporate clients, leasing companies, fleet management firms, and dealers, contributing directly to volume growth, profitability, and outstanding customer experience in the fleet channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationship with a portfolio of corporate clients, leasing companies (LTD), and fleet partners.
- Manage the fleet businesses for both brands Geely and Zeekr across the Italian market.
- Build strong, long-term commercial relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand the fleet customer portfolio.
- Lead complex negotiations covering pricing, framework agreements, car policies, TCO/RV parameters, and service models
- Collaborate with the dealer network to strengthen fleet competencies and support B2B initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse fleet KPIs including sales volume, market penetration, customer retention,
and satisfaction.
- Analyse sales results, market trends, competitor activities and fleet benchmarks to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare commercial plans, sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Aftersales to deliver fleet business objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Fleet, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or similar roles within the automotive industry (OEM, leasing, corporate rental, fleet management).
- Strong understanding of the fleet ecosystem, including TCO, RVs, procurement processes, and corporate mobility solutions.
- Proven commercial skills and a solid track record of achieving performance targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
- Experience working with electric vehicle fleets or sustainable mobility solutions would be considered a strong advantage.
