Responsabilità
- Support daily operations and production scheduling within the department
- Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets and help meet them
- Learn and apply OEM standards, technical specs, and industry requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Assist supervisors and operators in maintaining efficient workflows and resolving issues
- Monitor KPIs (efficiency, scrap rates, cycle times) and implement improvement actions
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
- Promote compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards
- Collaborate with Logistics, Quality,
Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production flows
- Support maintenance planning with maintenance teams
- Contribute to training and onboarding to ensure procedures are followed
- Prepare reports and communicate updates to cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop leadership and people management skills through hands-on learning
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology, or related fields
- 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment (Team Leader, Shift Leader, Production Engineer, Production Supervisor, or similar)
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries preferred
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Initial experience coordinating production teams and supporting daily shop floor activities
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in an industrial setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable in a dynamic production setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP or production management systems a plus
