You lead a Dolomitissime office on the sales side: you coordinate the agents, drive the commercial goals and grow the people on your team.

What you'll do

- Coordinate the office's agents and staff on the sales side
- Drive the office's commercial goals and production
- Grow and train your collaborators
- Sell in first person, alongside coordinating the team

- Commercial experience and the ability to manage a team
- Focus on goals and on people
- Knowledge of the area and a relational attitude
- Own car
