Role Overview You will lead marketing revenue operations for Energy Industries, connecting data, platforms, and processes across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and 6sense. You will also lead account-based marketing for priority and installed-base accounts and turn performance insight into better decisions. What You Will Do You will own the marketing revenue operations framework, lead account-based marketing, own marketing data quality and lead routing, build and run pipeline and performance reporting, and set campaign planning and measurement standards. Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business, engineering, data analytics or a related field
- 7+ years in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, demand generation or account-based marketing




- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or comparable marketing automation, and with 6sense or a similar ABM platform
- Strong analytical skills in funnel and pipeline modelling, attribution and dashboards
- Proven ability to build processes and data governance across marketing and sales in a global, matrixed organization
- Practical experience applying AI and automation to marketing workflows
- Able to turn data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage Benefits
