Location:
Athens, Greece – Onsite Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts Compensation: €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee) Your Responsibilities As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:
• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions




• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features What We're Looking For
• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
