About the rolewolters kluwer is looking for a senior cx ux designer to join the team in bitritto, working on italian legal software products and collaborating with an international ux community.responsibilitieslead complex design initiatives and champion user-centered practices.collaborate with product, engineering and senior stakeholders to explore solutions and make design decisions.plan and conduct customer research and usability testing, combining qualitative and quantitative data.translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, interaction models, prototypes and detailed designs.ensure coherent experiences across products and touchpoints.work with engineering during implementation to verify usability, accessibility and design quality.identify, prototype and validate ai-enabled opportunities in legal workflows.use ai tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, research and iteration.contribute to shared design systems,
patterns and ux standards.share knowledge and participate in design critiques within the local and international ux community.skills and experienceproven experience designing complex software products, from discovery to delivery.strong ecosystem thinking and ability to simplify information-rich workflows.demonstrated ai fluency with practical examples of ai applied in design.expertise in user research, usability testing and data-driven decision making.excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.portfolio showcasing complex product challenges and outcomes.professional proficiency in english; familiarity with legal software is a plus.benefitshybrid working model.flexible working hours.meal vouchers (8 €/day).online well-being programs and welfare platform.continuous learning, training and development programs.access to internal grow program and international project opportunities.compensationsalary range €34,100 - €52,000, plus premio.
