Teamsystem, leading tech company, is looking for a python software developer to join its research and development team.responsabilitàdevelop and maintain back-end applications and services in python.design, implement and optimise postgresql-based solutions.integrate third-party apis, authentication systems and services.support deployment and operation of applications in aws using docker containers and ci/cd pipelines.collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.contribute to code quality through reviews, testing automation and ai-powered development tools.requisitiat least 1 year of software development experience, preferably back-end with python.solid knowledge of python and ability to maintain existing codebases.good understanding of relational databases,



sql and postgresql.experience with git, ci/cd principles and workflows.basic linux command-line skills and bash scripting.familiarity with html, css, javascript and rest apis.interest in ai-powered development tools (e.g., github copilot, claude, code codex).exposure to aws services is a plus.advanced english (c1).cosa offriamocompensation €33 000-€37 000 (including performance variable).hybrid work model with autonomy on office presence.wellbeing digital wallet (up to €350 / year) and light friday.learning paths and professional development opportunities.inclusive and innovative work environment.
