We are looking for an Innovation & Experience Specialist to join our Innovation & Experience team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of new consumer experiences and innovation initiatives, helping to identify opportunities that respond to evolving consumer needs and support business growth. You will play an active role in expanding the Lavazza experience into new categories and moments of consumption, bringing our brands to life beyond the product itself.
? Your day-to-day activities
- Support the design and development of consumer experiences across Lavazza-owned assets.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives.
- Support the management of licensing projects and relationships with external partners.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights and emerging opportunities to identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Explore new digital experience platforms and contribute to the definition of business opportunities leveraging Lavazza brands and assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas and experiences to life.
? What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in Innovation, Marketing, Brand Management, Consumer Experience or related business functions.
- Experience in roles involving brand development, consumer engagement, partnerships, innovation projects or business growth initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- International experience, exposure to multicultural environments,
or experience working abroad will be considered a strong plus.
- Solid digital and data literacy.
- Curiosity, creativity and an interest in exploring new opportunities to generate value for consumers and brands.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary And Benefits
- The role is classified at 2°, CCNL Industria Alimentare
- Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 45.000
- Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2500 at target
